Panel Declines to Second-Guess Trial Judge for Ordering Masking, Social Distancing During Voir Dire

Requiring prospective jurors to wear masks and maintain a six-foot social distancing during the jury selection process does not violate a defendant's rights, the Pennsylvania Superior Court has ruled.
