Oregon High Court Wants More Time to Mull 'Huge Change' of Bar Exam Alternatives

The Oregon Supreme Court on Wednesday formally accepted a report recommending two new pathways for attorney licensure that bypass the bar exam, but said the proposals need fine-tuning before they are considered for adoption.
