'Church Militant' Media Group Can Proceed With Planned Rally in Baltimore, Judge Rules

St. Michael's Media group—a right-wing media company operating the "Church Militant" website—should be allowed to hold a prayer rally on Baltimore city property, a federal judge has ruled.
