The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has reinstated a manicurist's hostile work environment claim against Wynn Las Vegas resort, following several other circuits' holdings that such a claim can stem from an employer's response to unwanted sexual advances by a third party toward an employee.
