'I Don't Know What Happened in the Third:' Chief Justice Launches Workgroup to Investigate Appellate Court Delays

ICYMI: In her first extensive public remarks on the issue, Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye said she was unaware of the chronic case delays in the Third District Court of Appeal.
