Talc Cases Teed Up for Trial Against J&J as Courthouses Reopen

ICYMI: A year after the COVID-19 pandemic halted trial plans, jurors are scheduled to hear three cases this summer in Illinois, Pennsylvania and Missouri, alleging Johnson & Johnson's talcum powder products caused ovarian cancer. The first one, brought on behalf of Elizabeth Driscoll, who died in 2016 at age 69, begins July 12—and could involve only vaccinated jurors.
