Appeals Court Reverses Order for Forfeiture of Over $133K in Suspected Drug Money

ICYMI: Judge Kenny Armstrong found that the trial court erred in ordering a forfeiture because prosecutors could not sufficiently explain how the money was connected to any criminal activity, despite suspicions of drug trafficking.
