Restaurant Group's Legal Malpractice Suit Against IP Law Firm Transferred From Boston to Miami

ICYMI: A legal malpractice lawsuit against the law firm Lott & Fischer is being transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, after the District of Massachusetts found it did not have personal jurisdiction to dismiss the complaint.
