Embattled Penn Law Prof Amy Wax, Citing Cancer Treatment, Requests Postponement of Disciplinary Proceedings

ICYMI: Wax's lawyer, David J. Shapiro, sent a 56-page memorandum to Penn Law on Aug. 31, requesting the university "postpone further proceedings until Prof. Wax's cancer treatment concludes," since she is "too ill to meet arbitrary deadlines or participate in any proceedings and will be unable to do so until at least the end of the fall semester 2022."
