'Some Claims Aren't as Viable': Tort Lawsuits Over COVID-19 Are on the Decline

ICYMI: Despite the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, more tort lawsuits were filed over motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, according to the 2022 Torts Litigation Report, released Thursday by Lex Machina, a division of LexisNexis.
