The BD Comic Strip Festival will be taking over Tour & Taxis for the first time from 9 to 11 September. The festival has some great surprises in store for this new edition that's packed with exhibitions, meetings, signings, events and the ever-present giant balloons that will be scattered all over the site. Two new balloons will make their debut this year, featuring comic book heroes Naruto and the Marsupilami.
