In Early Challenge to University Vaccine Policies, GMU Law Professor Sues to Block 'Coercive' Requirement

ICYMI: The federal suit lodged by GMU Antonin Scalia Law School Professor Todd Zywicki centers on the argument that he has already "acquired robust natural immunity" from previously contracting COVID-19 and that his immunologist has "advised him that, based on his immunity status and personal medical history, it is medically unnecessary to undergo a vaccination procedure at this point."
