Ovarian Cancer Plaintiffs Sue to Stop Johnson & Johnson's Possible Bankruptcy Plan

Four law firms preparing for a talcum powder trial next month against Johnson & Johnson filed an emergency motion and petition Tuesday to prevent the company's potential bankruptcy filing, which would halt their lawsuit and potentially that of tens of thousands of other cases.
