10th Circuit Rejects Police Officers' Claims They Were Retaliated Against for Christian Views on Women 'Being in Their Place'

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit rejected sibling police officers' claims that they were wrongly stripped of their specialty training positions and passed over for promotions based on what they claimed were their deeply-rooted Christian beliefs.
