Ohio Supreme Court Dismisses Lawsuit Challenging State's Lottery for Vaccinated Residents

The "Vax-a-Million" program ran from May 24 to June 21, and allowed Ohioans ages 18 and older who have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to win one of five $1 million prizes, according to the Ohio Department of Health.
