Russia's Draft Nationalization Law Causing Concern Among Japanese Companies

ICYMI: A draft law that would allow the Russian government to seize foreign assets in the country has sent shockwaves through corporate Japan, and the rapid exit of U.K. and U.S. law firms has caused some of them to scramble to find alternative outside counsel.
