SCOTUS Takes Up Appeal Over Pa.'s Jurisdiction by Business Registration Law

ICYMI: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down the law late last year, finding that it violated due process principles. A cert petition argued that every federal circuit court and more than a dozen state supreme courts have addressed similar laws, resulting in a "full spectrum" of outcomes.
